For international orders, clients are requested to arrange return shipments from their end, including applicable duties and logistics charges. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Our policies are designed to be transparent and mindful - ensuring your experience with Aroka remains as considered as our craft.
Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the shipment has not yet been initiated. Beyond this window, cancellations or modifications will not be possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Before submitting your request, please review the following:
• All return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Once the returned product is received and approved by our Quality Team, a credit note will be issued.
• Aroka does not provide return pick-ups. Please arrange shipping at your own cost and share tracking details once dispatched.
• Refunds may be extended only in exceptional cases, at Aroka’s discretion.
• Credit notes are redeemable exclusively online and cannot be combined with offers or discounts.
• Exchanges apply only to orders in standard measurements.
• Customised orders are not eligible for exchange or cancellation; however, complimentary size alterations are available in case of fit issues.
• Sale products are not eligible for return or refund but may be altered for size or fit corrections at additional cost.
• Swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and handling considerations.
• Complimentary alterations are offered within 15 days of delivery; thereafter, alteration requests may be chargeable.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Please do not accept a package that shows visible signs of damage. In such cases, kindly decline the delivery and inform us within 24 hours at orders@aroka.in or +91 81049 62773.
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Our Quality Team will review the concern and arrange a replacement or credit as appropriate.
Return & Exchange Process
Please include a printed copy of your return form and the original invoice within the package.
Returned products must be in unworn, unused, and saleable condition.
Once the product is received and approved by our Quality Team:
• We will ship the exchange item, or
• Issue a store credit for the full amount paid.
Refunds to the original mode of payment may be made only in exceptional circumstances, at Aroka’s discretion, with applicable transaction and shipping fees deducted.
Please allow up to 10 working days for processing after confirmation with our team.
Please Note
• Made-to-order or personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Items purchased during sale periods may be exchanged only if defective and only when ordered in standard sizing.
• Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are a natural part of our artisanal process and reflect the individuality of each piece.
