Terms & Conditions
1) A non-refundable service fee will be applicable, covering logistics and dedicated trial time. The fee varies based on location and is payable before the trial.
2)Clients may shortlist a minimum of 5 outfits from the website, subject to availability and prior bookings.
3) Trial appointments will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. Clients are requested to confirm the appointment with our team at least 24 hours in advance.
4) Any alterations, if required, will be undertaken at an additional charge, depending on the design and extent of changes.
5) Payment for finalized products can be made via cash, GPay, a Razorpay link, or card after coordination with our team.
6) Clients are responsible for the care of all garments during the trial. Any damage or staining will be chargeable. We kindly request avoiding makeup transfer, perfumes, or any handling that may affect the condition of the garments.
7) All trial pieces must be returned at the end of the session. Outfits cannot be held or reserved without confirmation or advance payment.
