        Shipping & Delivery

        • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Tnc
        • Order ships in 7-10 business days post confirmation with our team
        • Footwear Category : The delivery will be done within 12-16 working days.
        • All the outfits are made specially for you therefore we take more than usual time to deliver.
        • Usual deliveries post-dispatch: Metro cities- 2-3 days; Others- 4-7 days
        • International orders may take 20-25 business days to deliver.
        • We also provide express shipping for a nominal additional charge.

        How do I track my order?

        • Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email.
        • Please visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

        Where is my order processed from?

        • Orders are processed both from our workshop in Mumbai as well as our retail store.
        • If a product is out of stock at our warehouse but available at one of our retail locations, you have the option to order it online and have it shipped to you.
        • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.

        Who will deliver my order?

        • Within India, we ship through registered courier companies like Xpressbees, Delhivery, Bluedart & DTDC.
        • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.
        • Please provide a working mobile number, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code.
        • At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package.

        Do you offer in-store pick-up for online orders?

        • Yes! If the products in your cart are available at any of our retail locations, the Store Pick-up option will be offered to you at checkout.
        • If you opt for the Store Pick-up option, then shipping charges will be waived off completely.

        If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?

        • Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues.
        • Shipping will be applicable on every new order.

        Shipping terms and conditions

        • Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.
        • Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
